What’s Included in a Maintenance Visit?

During each visit, our experienced engineers carry out a full system check to make sure everything is working safely and efficiently. This includes:

  • Refrigerant leak checks, recorded in the F-Gas log
  • Cleaning all filters and unit facias
  • Checking fan blades and airflow
  • Inspecting evaporator coils and condensers
  • Assessing fan motor bearings
  • Checking condensate pumps (if fitted)
  • Ensuring mountings are secure
  • Inspecting drainage
  • Checking wiring for wear or damage
  • Testing controls and thermostat operation
  • Running a full operational test, including air on/off temperatures
  • Labelling units with a unique asset number and creating a site asset list

After the visit, we provide a clear written report so you know exactly what’s been checked and completed.
